    A Messaging Strategy is a clear, compelling narrative that tells your audience what you offer, why it matters, and how they can get it. It’s like the GPS for all your marketing—it guides every piece of content you create, so your message always hits the mark and drives sales.
  • What does it cost?
    You’ll always know what you’re getting and how much it costs before we start. Small businesses deserve great marketing without breaking the bank (or selling a kidney). Clients starting with a foundational package (brand message identification, messaging guide creation, and homepage content) usually spend about $2200.
  • How long does the process take?
    Every project is different, but most clients see a quick turnaround—because I know you don’t have time to wait around. We’ll create a timeline together so you’ll always know what to expect - most clients hiring me to clarify their brand's marketing message and write their website content have their project wrapped in 3-4 weeks.
  • What’s the first step to working with you?
    Start with a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll chat about your business, your challenges, and your goals. Plus, it gives us a chance to make sure we’re a good fit. (Spoiler: We probably are. Unless you're a chiropractor. Again, it's a long story.)
  • Do you only work with businesses in Kelowna?
    Not at all! While I’m based in West Kelowna, BC, I work with businesses across Canada and beyond. Thanks to the magic of Zoom and email, distance is never an issue.

    Nope! While I have extensive experience with real estate, non-profits, and professional services, I love working with all types of small businesses. (Except Chiropractors - it's a long story.) If you’re passionate about what you do, we’ll make a great team.
